The central objective of the article is to demonstrate the importance and social utility usefulness of criminology, not only in society but also in a company for the purpose of taking effective preventive measures. The author concludes with the virtue that shows the legal obligation that the company has to adopt and implement within it a model of prevention appropriate to its particular situation, containing adequate monitoring and control measures to prevent the aforementioned crimes or to significantly reduce the risk of his commission; Which constitutes the introduction of a new paradigm of criminological prevention In the country at the level of the business organization.El artículo expone la necesidad e importancia del trabajo criminológico en la empresa para prevenir y reducir la presencia e influencia de factores criminógenos, con la finalidad de evitar la asunción de responsabilidad administrativa y criminal en la comisión de ilícitos penales en general y, en particular, de los delitos de cohecho activo transnacional, lavado de activos, minería ilegal, crimen organizado y colaboración con el terrorismo, a que se refiere la Ley N° 30424, modificada por el Decreto Legislativo N° 1352. El objetivo central del artículo es demostrar la trascendencia y utilidad social de la criminología ya no solo en la sociedad, sino también en una empresa, a los efectos de la adopción de medidas preventivas eficaces.
