The harassment of anti-bulls heavily organized in Spain and other European countries has jumped to Spanish bullfighting America. It has become globalized. In France and Spain, in spite of the attacks, the legal regulation of bullfighting has been moved from the public order to an intangible cultural heritage subject, with special legislation to that effect.
