In particular, the article analyzes the demands for rectification of name and sex according to gender identity. Likewise, the article analyzes the proposals of administrative proceedings that civil registries would have as opposed to the judicialization of the rectification processes according to the person’s own will and self-determination; the main issue being the recognition of the gender component of the right to identity |
