Inside the treatment of this responsibility and drawing on the International Law Commission Draft articles on the responsibility of International Organizations, it is found a concept with high importance, the issue of control. This concept develops different functions on the attribution criteria and the imputation criteria of the International Organizations’ responsibility. Among the reasons why the control concept has different functions, it can be underlined the aim to apply the Draft articles on the practice of the different International Organizations and the future conducts which they may develop.
