That is why this research is aimed at analyzing the administrative management of twenty Savings and Credit Cooperatives of segments four and five of Quito, Ecuador, with the application of a survey to the managers of said entities where the fundamental administrative variables are evaluated, under a concept of integrality between the financial-economic and social.La gestión administrativa de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito se ha convertido en un factor determinante para la evaluación del desempeño empresarial, en el cual la administración actual ha llegado hacer una herramienta con muchas decadencias, que causa daños en la estructura organizacional de cada cooperativa provocando ineficiencia en sus procesos.
