Summary: This article aims to approach the main aspects of the new regulation process for legislative initiative and regulatory power exercise, included in the Law 39/2015, of October 1st, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (Title VI). In particular, it focuses on the new regulatory scheme, comprising the following phases: regulatory planning, principles of better regulation, legislative motivation, citizen participation, publication and ex-post evaluation, which promote a new culture of regulatory quality.
