Los riesgos imprevistos en el contrato de obras
This writing studies the problem of unforeseen risks in the works contracts, advising about the need to precise more in the future the projects and the rules of the contract because the actual Law has reduced strictly the former solution of the “reformados” (modification of the contracts).
