The advances in regulation and institutional reinforcement impulsed by women organizations can be underlined, and the actions that fortify the confidence in the procedures are highlighted, because they stop the re victimization and assure the accomplishment of the normative frameworks.A partir del análisis comparado sobre los sistemas normativos español y colombiano que buscan la protección de los derechos de las mujeres frente a la violencia de género, el objetivo del estudio es construir propuestas que fortalezcan los instrumentos existentes y permitan compartir las buenas prácticas normativas.
