El objeto del proceso contencioso-administrativo en el nuevo Código Orgánico general de procesos de Ecuador.
This paper makes an analysis of the administrative process object in the new Ecuadorian general procedural code, through the theoretical basis of this institute, in order to highlight the limitations established in the legal system, and suggest the necessary changes towards the improvement of it.
