Este artículo aborda las características de las relaciones hispano-magrebíes, centrándolas en las cuestiones de seguridad y defensa, entendiendo el lugar prioritario que ha ocupado esta materia desde que se produjeran los atentados terroristas del 11-S. Se dedica especial atención a la Iniciativa 5+5.
