The Colombian State, has asconstitutional duty, to promote the economic activity, in it offers of the compliance ofits social ends. This article, sketches in that forms the State, in compliance of its constitutional ends, it participates with protagonist paper, in the development anddirectión of the economic activity and the democracy. |
