The most relevant results are: psychometric properties similar to those found in studies in other countries; statistically significant differences as to the victimizing fact in the mental health of the victims; and, a moderate change in post-traumatic growth was evidenced.El presente estudio tiene por objeto explorar los efectos de la salud mental y el crecimiento postraumático en función del género y hechos victimizantes sufridos en el marco del conflicto armado colombiano. Los participantes fueron 519 víctimas del conflicto con edades entre 18 y 80 años (M=37.22; DT=13.65), el 57.8% de la muestra eran mujeres.
