Abstract. We propose to refer briefly to the family law in order to identify the substantial elements constituting it, distinguishing within the legal relationships arising therein, those regulating personal relations between its members, those regulating economic relations that derive from the family situation. Such economic relations relate to which regulate the rights of parents in the stewards of their children, such as those governing the regime of property between spouses or what is called community property, as well as the regime of goods between those persons to whom the union law applies cohabitation with thepurpose of linking standards to those of the Civil law family law I understand applicable. |
