However the above, the hiring of the external lawyer must be done according to legally established procedure which has not been easy interpreted by the doctrine of the Supreme Court. Also it is not easy find evidence in the administrative prevarication crimeLas Administraciones Públicas son parte en multitud de procesos judiciales pero dada la especialidad de sus letrados en Derecho Administrativo, en ocasiones contratan abogados externos para su asesoramiento y defensa en procesos, principalmente, de carácter civil o penal. Ello, de un lado, implica el pago de altos honorarios con cargo al erario público pero, de otro, puede suponer un importante ahorro si el pleito finalmente se resuelve favorablemente para la Administración.
