The condition of the soldier as a human being and his dignity has also evolved the concept of citizen soldier, which has had its regulatory and judicial development internally. Previous budgets are the pillars on which can preach the status of victim in an armed conflict not of an international character like Colombia and the need for recognition of truth, justice, reparation and non-repetition, compared to humans who carry the uniform of the Armed Forces.Historicamente e nível sócio-legal do soldado foi reconhecido dignidade humana e foi incluída nos instrumentos de direitos humanos e das normas humanitárias para garantir a sua proteção contra certos fenômenos na guerra. A condição do soldado como um ser humano e sua dignidade também evoluiu o conceito de cidadão-soldado, que teve seu desenvolvimento regulamentar e judicial internamente. Orçamentos anteriores são os pilares sobre os quais podem pregar o estado da vítima em um conflito armado que não seja de caráter internacional como a Colômbia ea necessidade de reconhecimento da verdade, justiça, reparação e não repetição, em comparação com os seres humanos que carregam o uniforme das Forças Armadas.Históricamente y a nivel sociojurídico al soldado se le ha reconocido su dignidad humana y ha sido incluido en instrumentos de Derechos Humanos y en normas humanitarias para lograr su protección frente a ciertos fenómenos en la guerra. De la condición del soldado como ser humano y de su dignidad se ha desprendido también la concepción de soldado ciudadano, la cual ha tenido su desarrollo normativo y judicial a nivel interno.
