Summary: This paper refers to two of the stated objectives: 1) to evaluate judgments with a generically and an interdisciplinary overview. 2) To carry out an analysis of specific cases, this allowed the achievement of a comprehensive understanding of the problem. The Legal Clinic with emphasis on gender, the first Legal Clinic in the Department of Nariño and the desirer goal with the obtained results is to position this strategy as a cutting edge tool for the academic, social and political approach of gender violence, since it makes possible the demonstrate of the results of the paradigms deconstruction by means of active and participative methodologies in the construction of meaningful learning and the social problem approach.
