This book is structured by the treatment of problems about biodiversity. Regarding the connectivity of natural spaces, there are studied the ecological corridors and administrative management in network. We approach private public partnership and market mechanisms, from the perspective of the land stewardship and habitat banks. The adoption of administrative decisions is studied from the perspective of public participation
and the administrative organization of the national parks. French law provides experiences
on environmental requirements in the approval of urban planning and public works
projects judicial review of the public decisions about model of occupation of the territory
and urban development plans, through the monitoring of flood risks and the protection
of natural lads from urban development. |
