Summary: This paper aims to analyze the enforcement of consumer protection regulations (regarding withdrawal, guarantees, invoice issuance, etc.) to the purchase agreed between a consumer and the one who is advertised on Internet, as a "professional" in a traditional advertising web portal. Both parties initially contact through the referred channel, although finally the contract is concluded via whatsapp. The core of this case study is to clarify whether the above mentioned advertisers must comply with the obligations that fall on the entrepreneur who hires remotely or not. In other words, the purpose is to determine if the advertisers must comply with those obligations relating to the right of withdrawal, guarantees and delivery of invoice and, subsequently, if the RDL 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) is applicable in these cases, having in mind that the professional is not announced as a legal entity when using its official website
