Utilización de los talleres de capacitación como objeto de estudio para la transformación del entorno comunitario cooperativista

Using the potential of didactics for capacity building is a must to ensure organizational sustainability. We used a set of tools, such as, object of study, didactics, action-participatory research, generating exploratory, descriptive, correlational and explanatory studies within the cooperative organization. The workshops allowed the design of innovative teaching-learning processes to meet the demands of organizational knowledge systems, identify the main administrative management problems and actions to contribute to the organizational sustainability of the cooperative with the active, creative, participatory and compromising contribution of the social actors involved in the programs or projects. The measurement of the impacts of the projects of connection with the society, can be more easily determinable from identifying the base line that is part and the shortcomings of the organization for which the workshops of proactive socialization of information are an essential tool. On the other hand, it is required that the continuous training of teachers that lead to modify their educational conceptions and, as a consequence, their methodologies and practices at the time of tackling work with the community. The proposed actions were accepted in their entirety by the cooperative's directive, transforming itself into a Cooperative Participatory Development Program.

En el presente trabajo se utilizaron un conjunto de herramientas, tales como el objeto de estudio, la didáctica, la investigación acción-participativa, generando estudios exploratorios, descriptivos, correlacionales y explicativos al interior de la organización cooperativista. Los talleres realizados permitieron diseñar procesos innovadores de enseñanza-aprendizaje para satisfacer las demandas de sistemas de conocimientos de la organización, identificar los principales problemas de gestión administrativa y las acciones para contribuir a la sostenibilidad organizacional de la cooperativa con la intervención activa, creadora, participativa y comprometedora de los actores sociales involucrados en los programas o proyectos. La medición de los impactos de los proyectos de vinculación con la sociedad puede ser más fácilmente determinables a partir de la identificación de la línea base de que se parte y las falencias de la organización para lo cual los talleres de socialización proactiva de información son una herramienta esencial. Por otro lado, se requiere de la formación continua de los docentes que conlleven a modificar sus concepciones educativas y, como consecuencia, sus metodologías y sus prácticas en el momento de abordar trabajos de vinculación con la comunidad.
