Subsequently, analyzes the jurisprudential development about the validity of the constitutional block, leading to make a hard criticism regarding the implications of its restriction within a context that undoubtedly demands more than ever, respect and guarantee for human rights.El presente trabajo de investigación parte de una breve identificación del inicio de la historia constitucional mexicana, así como del análisis de las leyes supremas vigentes durante los siglos XIX y XX respecto del sistema de recepción del derecho internacional y de la jerarquía de los tratados internacionales dentro del orden jurídico.
