On the other hand, we examine the participation and obstacles of the few Philippines congressmen who were members of the Spanish Parliament along History. Thanks to the contextualization of these Constitutions in the Spanish society and the global system, we will know in a legal way how Philippines became from a possession with similar rights such as America to a colony of second position.Las islas Filipinas formaron parte del Imperio español desde mediados del siglo xvi hasta 1898. Por tanto, su régimen administrativo debió de ser regulado por los diferentes ordenamientos jurídicos que se sucedieron a lo largo de la historia constitucional española en el siglo xix. El objetivo de este trabajo es acercarnos a dichas Constituciones para estudiar el papel que en ellas desempeñó este archipiélago del Pacífico, a la par que indagaremos en la obra y dificultades que presentaron los escasos diputados filipinos que formaron parte de la historia del parlamentarismo español.
