Finally, a brief analysis of the expected comprehensive Act on the Statute of the crime victim is.En este artículo se recoge una aproximación al problema del Abuso Sexual Infantil, partiendo del concepto y de algunos criterios que delimitan la conducta abusiva. Seguidamente, se analiza el valor de la declaración prestada por el menor víctima de abusos sexuales y las consecuencias, de la ausencia de su declaración en el acto del juicio oral, a la luz de los criterios más recientes del Tribunal Supremo en torno a esta prueba.
