Finally it refers to the effects of the obligations in thisarea, consisting in civil and infraction conviction supplier.El presente documento tiene por objeto comentar una sentencia recaída en la acción interpuesta por una consumidora a quien se le estaban realizando cargos no consentidos en su cuenta crediticia. Con este propósito se revisan las causales de las cuales se puede derivar la responsabilidad infraccional del proveedor, a saber: vulneración del derecho básico a una información veraz y oportuna, incumplimiento contractual y causar menoscabo al consumidor derivado del actuar negligente del proveedor.
