Faced with this situation, several professionals are employed in the study and analysis of terrorism, both those who are involved in theoretical aspects as those who play an unmistakeably practical or operational labour, should join efforts to remove the first hurdle of the indefinite conception.En el presente no existe un amplio consenso acerca de la conceptualización del término terrorismo. De esta circunstancia derivan múltiples problemas que podrían sintetizarse en una gran dificultad para establecer acciones comunes –especialmente a nivel interestatal- para afrontar las prácticas terroristas, en un momento en que el fenómeno ha adoptado una dimensión global.
