Summary: The aim of this paper is to diagnose and analyze psychopathy with no clinical relevance. This profile doesn’t have to carry a criminal behavior but it can have undesirable consequences in everyday social interactions and it can become a predictor of long term transgressor behaviors. In this sense, it’s intended to evaluate the incidence of this personality disorder in the population with the intent to show, although it may sound shocking, that, all of us have a degree of psychopathy. From a criminological point of view, the challenge is to identify the threshold of psychopathic traits from which is more likely to engage in a criminal behavior.
