Summary: This article discusses the relationship between migratory control Mexican policy and human rights included in that. By examining the legal framework related to migration in México, it shows the reinforcement actions to control the Mexican borders and all territory. Furthermore, the main argument is that the government is focused on the undocumented immigration control and less the protection against the risks and the human rights violations during their journey to the United States. It concludes with some ideas about which are the minimum principles that the migration policy requires, where legislative and judicial powers have a very important role
