Once again, It writes another page of the debate about nuclear energy in Spain, now not in the field of operating nuclear power plants, but in reference to the facilities they need to management their radioactive wastesEl objeto de este estudio se centra en efectuar una valoración global, no sólo jurídico-administrativa, de la situación actual de los residuos nucleares en España, y ello tras el debate abierto con la aprobación, por el Consejo de Seguridad Nuclear, del Informe favorable a la instalación del Almacén Temporal Centralizado (ATC) en Villar de Cañas (Cuenca); así como con el inicio por el Gobierno de Castilla-La Mancha de un procedimiento para incluir en la Red Natura 2000 el territorio donde éste debe construirse.
