In this way, we investigated about the relations between “the scientific” flank and “the political” flank of this procedure, that canalizes the decision making in relation to risks. We deepen about which are the primary axes of this procedure and which are the elements that remain in the periphery of this construction. Furthermore, we study the rigidities of this device for the management of uncertain or controversial risksEl objetivo del presente trabajo es el análisis de un dispositivo jurídico que se vincula a la gestión de riesgos medioambientales y relativos a la salud humana. Elegimos el procedimiento de evaluación de impacto ambiental a fin de escrutar allí, específicamente, las articulaciones que se construyen y reconstruyen en los procesos de toma de decisiones respecto de riesgos. De este modo, indagamos acerca de las relaciones entre el “costado “científico” y el “costado político” de este procedimiento para la toma de decisiones.
