Finally, it presents, from the author’s perspective, a practical interpretation based on new legal regulationsEn el presente ensayo, se hace un acercamiento de las competencias de la Inspección de Trabajo y del Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones como entes encargos de velar por el cumplimento de la normativa laboral, en relación con derecho al sufragio. Se resalta la reforma del Código Electoral del año 2009 la cual trajo consecuencias jurídicas, dentro del ámbito de la infraccionalidad laboral, distintas a las previstas por la legislación social del año 1943.
