It concludes with an evaluation of the policy, it’s benefits and deficiencies, as an element of new public management.Considerando que la formación profesional es un factor esencial para hacer frente a los cambios que se están produciendo en la sociedad actual en este artículo se analiza, el mapa de actores que participan en las acciones de formación ocupacional implantadas en la Comunidad de Madrid. Se busca determinar que actores participan, y así, comprobar cómo dicha administración ha optado por externalizar la ejecución de gran parte de estas acciones.
