Thus, in regard to the figure of city councils, the immediate continuity of the term may lead to more governance and professionalization advantages; however, it implies new commitments and challenges that should be assumed legally and ethicallyEste estudio tiene como objetivo precisar la importancia, viabilidad, riesgos y retos de la reciente aprobación constitucional en materia de reelección de los períodos de gobierno por parte de los ayuntamientos en México.
