Summary: The European Union (EU) had promulgated the 2014/17/UE Directive of the European Parlamento and the Council about the consumers credit contracts in residential properties. This Directive expects a better protection of mortage’s debtors, in order to create one mortage European Unique Market, compelling the Member States to change their legislation in period of time of two years. In this context we think that could be convenient to create one Mortage European Market observatory in Granada’s University (HIMEROB), which promotes the research and knowlegde of Mortage Market and encourages the required economical, legislative and social changes. Leaded by the assimilation of changes and Innovation in Social Challenge, our aim will be to from the financial crisis. It would be possible to create a NETWORK of EXPERTS in the HIMEROB web page, whose main purpose will be to join the efforts of those involved in the study of the Mortgage Market in the European union.
