The competencies defined by the statistical analysis can serve as a useful tool for the development of new syllabuses and for professionals who work in the area of conflict management.Este artículo aborda los principios fundamentales de la formación en mediación familiar y competencias sociales, centrándose en las necesidades y requisitos de formación en mediación. Los resultados de la investigación, que se llevó a cabo con la ayuda de mediadores profesionales y estudiantes, se presentan con el fin de analizar la incorporación de la formación en mediación dentro de las competencias y los requisitos del espacio europeo de educación superior. Las competencias definidas por el análisis estadístico pueden servir como una herramienta útil para el desarrollo de nuevos planes de estudio y para los profesionales que trabajan en el ámbito de la gestión de conflictos.Aquest article aborda els principis fonamentals de la formació en mediació familiar i competències socials, i se centra en les necessitats i els requisits de formació en mediació. Els resultats de la recerca, que es va dur a terme amb l'ajuda de mediadors professionals i estudiants, es presenten amb la finalitat d'analitzar la incorporació de la formació en mediació dins de les competències i els requisits de l'espai europeu d'educació superior.
