Summary: This article aims at problematizing the theoretical-practical conditions in which I would like to manifest the violence exercised against women in the field of Justice. Furthermore, the article in question intends to account for how Public policies would interpose between these two spheres. This is what I intend to give meaning to these issues. In the first place, I would like to mention the violence against women from a Marxist point of view as a dispute of power against man developed in a context of domination in which women are situated in an inferior and oppressed position.Secondly, I would like to individualize Justice as an area of applicability of Institutional violence, ruled in the 26.485 Law, Section 6, Subsection b. Thirdly, I would like to speak about Public policies, not only making reference to the Government support that they provide, but also about the civil organizations as part of the struggle between the system of domination against women. Having said this, I consider the hypothesis that there is no place to hold the independence of the judicial branch from the Legislative and Executive Powers as well as from the society. On the contrary, it responds to an ideological training and it is in itself where conditions to change the training in question are made. Besides, not only is it in the Government fields where the training must change, but also it has to be a combination of the political and social organizations, research centers and critical, knowledge factories in their different forms
