Summary: The traditional politics crosses a serious crisis. The institutions, also the Parliament, are judged very negatively by the citizens. To solve this situation is common to coll to the participation of the citizens as solution. In the last years there are looked routes of participation of the citizens in the Parliament. Is outlined the importance of the participation in the law. Some parliaments facilitate this participation. It is correct. But we cannot forget that the participation in the Parliament is ancient. Neither that this participation represents particular interests. For it, the decision on the law always must correspond to the set of the Deputies.
