Finally we allude about the importance of population of the city and their activists who built a speech against the militarization of their city and country.El presente artículo plantea el caso de Ciudad Juárez, México como el de un laboratorio social en materia de relaciones laborales, distintos tipos de violencia, exterminio de grupos específicos y la militarización de la vida cotidiana. Asimismo se establecen las condiciones de desarrollo excluyente del proyecto de ciudad. Además de ello abordamos el proceso que hizo que durante el periodo 2008-2011 fuese considerada la ciudad más violenta del mundo por sus tasas de asesinato.
