Summary: The works of rehabilitation can be performed in the homeownership by providing minimum conditions of useful surface or improving its distribution, facilities, energy consumption, lighting, ventilation, or on common elements of the horizontal property, in ways that improve the safety, sealing, accessibility and energy efficiency. In practice the individual or the Community of owners who are going to undertake the work are interested to obtain the corresponding legal deductions, so you have to connect the civil, the fiscal and the administrative regulations. But not all rehabilitation work has the same treatment nor the same requirement in terms of its mandatory or in its case in regard to the required majorities in the vote of Board of owners.
