This study grew out of a brainstorm developed in class, in which each participant was suggested to establish a scale of priorities in relation to fundamental human rights. Indeed, we verified the existence of deep divisions among members of an apparently homogeneous group which, amid alternations suggested gave rise to this effort, which seeks to assert the cultural influence on the approach of fundamental rights. According to this, it sought to oppose, from different cultural backgrounds of nations the predominance of the concepts of liberty and solidarity in the determination of fundamental rights, without forgetting the necessary dialogue between the various groups, in order to establish the correct understanding of rights in a pluralistic universe. |
