The purposes of this paper are to clarify the most important assumptions of the works of Thomasius, connecting them to the leading branches of Law at the time (Private Law, Criminal Law and Public Law), and finally to demonstrate the European dissemination of Thomasius’ contributions on Natural Law.Este trabalho discutirá as concepções de Christian Thomasius sobre o direito natural, a partir da sua principal obra, Fundamenta iure natura et gentium. Thomasius foi um dos mais importantes representantes do jusnaturalismo racionalista, ao lado de Hugo Grotius, Samuel von Pufendorf e Christian Wolff, ele contribuiu decisivamente para a formação do direito moderno.
