in accordance with the procedural formalities. The objective and legally accepted tests must allow
moral certainty, ex actis et probatis, on the subject of the proceedings and will
be the basis on which the postulator develop the positio, of which some lines for
processing and editing with regard to the causes super vita et virtutibus et fama
sanctitatis et signorum, and super martyrio, framed in a summary of the current
canonical legislation and the iter of a case are offered beatification. |
