The scope of the online investigative proposal is to create a code structure that houses all procedural constitutional manner outlined for the purpose of facilitating the application of rules which has the prerogative to safeguard and / or protect fundamental rights and guarantees (suprain-dividuals) carved in the Magna Card of 1988, in view of the legal branch alluded still lacks about coding within the national legal system.A presente pesquisa tem porfinalidade estudar, de maneira objetiva e sistemática, a viabilidade fática da implementagao de um sistema codificado de norma atinente a processualística constitucional, eis que já pacificado o entendimiento da autonomia do ramo jurídico do Direito Processual Constitucional, donde se extraem legislagoes esparsas dos writs que o compoem, bem como dos tipos concentrados de controle de constitucionalidade.
