Summary: The study about Oeconomica, the housekeeping and managing relationships and assets by the parent, has made a fundamental contribution to shape what could be considered the proper constitutional basis of the social order of the old regime and that with some considerations could be extended to Latin American reality of the XVI, XVII and XVIII.
