In the mannerof the classic essay, taking sides in favor of employment equity and is alleged to be puresex discrimination claim and further obscuring the work of women. And in particular thepejoratively called domestic chores.En este ensayo se sostiene que a pesar de lo generalizada que todavía es hoy la percepciónde inferioridad de la mujer tanto en el mundo desarrollado como en los países en desarrollo,se trata de una visión no solamente inequitativa y ahistórica del fenómeno sino de faltade consonancia con lo que significa el aporte fundamental del trabajo femenino que ensí mismo permite la producción oficial hegemónica del mundo masculino. A la maneradel ensayo clásico, se toma partido en favor de la equidad laboral y se alega que es puradiscriminación de género pretender y seguir invisibilizando el trabajo de la mujer.
