Thenotions of strong and weak, or aristocrats and commoners are addressed. The relationshipbetween cruelty, memory and forgetting is analyzed. Nietzsche’s idea of the justification ofpunishment as a post construction that legitimizes a primitive aristocratic violence resumes.It also discusses the relationship power-knowledge-violence Truth and legal forms. Finally,throughout the text the influence of Nietzsche’s thought outlined in the work of Foucault. |
