In the present article there will be developed some reflections observing de ecological crime but extrapolating into the international sphere in which the international instances should enhance their efforts into the prevention and fight of this crime.Existe aún en la actualidad una apatía generalizada en cuanto a temas de cuidado del medio ambiente, y trasladándolo a un enfoque criminológico, acerca de cómo prevenir, cómo castigar y cómo legislar en materia criminal, también existe cierto abandono de este ítem.
