Sumario: Since ancient times some Stoics gave his opinion about the historical reality, what was moral in a few times elsewhere left him be. On the other hand, freedom, justice, world peace are requirements of a common good, where since ancient times some scholars define law as: "the sovereign reason, recorded in our nature that prescribes what should be done and forbids so you must avoid" since to start talking about right there is to break the law. The medieval, modern and contemporary philosophy recognizes the existence of Justice before and after all positive law which transformed the law in general, origin and mutation of the offences and their penalties. During the course of time some thinkers give his opinion about the laws of nature and its existence be, how to act and live according to the laws of reason to maintain well-being since to disobey, he falls into the crime.
