Summary: It is in the public domain that human activity - from the point of view Social, political, legal, and even Cultural- this causing imbalances that shake the world. Pollution of water, air and soil; the deterioration of the ozone layer; the heating of the planet; progressive desertification; the loss constant of forests and jungles, causing the extinction of flora and fauna. Mexico is regarded as one of the most biodiversity-rich countries. More reason to delve into the use and conservation of biotic resources of our country. The fourth article of our Constitution, 4th paragraph, enshrines the right to an adequate environment for the development and welfare as a guarantee. Many more legal rules emerge from this arrangement to protect natural resources. Therefore the present work on board the environmental issues and the paradigm in lathe of the environmental crimes, since this will allow us to better understand the problem and in this way you can make a commitment more responsibly, with the protection of the environment in our country.
