A standard that impinges against the Human Right, being these the final objective to which this present task aims.Al día de hoy el castigo continúa imperando como la política criminal que se debe aplicar para aquellas personas que se han alejado de los acuerdos estipulados en el contrato social. A lo largo de este artículo, se intentará develar al castigo como una ideología más; ideología que se encuentra favorecida por los saberes médicos y psicológicos para el establecimiento de un proceso de normalización, el cual, encuentra raíces en redes de pensamiento hegemónicas.
