Summary: In the article the reasons are based that sustain the processes of cooperative integration, specifying the particularities of their expression in Cooperative of Second Degree for the specific case of the agricultural cooperatives of the Dominican Republic, they are also exposed, the incidence and the advantages that it offers this cooperative form of superior level for their growing and sustainable development. He has for objective, to contribute to the formation of a conscience solidary superior in the associate producers, as well as to their preparation technician - professional that allows the acquisition of the knowledge and necessary competitions that guarantee their real and effective participation in the organization process and constitution of Cooperative of Second Degree. The same one was been of an investigation carried out with the purpose of elaborating a basic text for the program of cooperative formation that is executed in the mark of the consultantship work that is developed to the Agricultural Cooperative Project of Sustainable Development, “Toward a new Agrarian Reformation” that leader and it coordinates the Agrarian Institute of the Dominican Republic.
