Summary: Interparental Child Abduction (SIM), defined as the action taken by one parent or other close relative of a boy or a girl, removing, concealing or holding it, with the primary purpose of impeding the right of access or custody to other parent, not only may constitute a crime (fraud judicial, abuse by restriction to physical liberty, arbitrary exercise of custody of minor child, etc..) -gin addition to causing other reactions judicial or administrative -but also, and inevitably, a behavior that victimizes the child or children involved. The research was led forward to fully consider this issue from its legal, psychological and anthropological focus to gain an awareness of the social level and promote public policies that can avert it. In implementing it was found that one of the most unfortunate effects of such attitudes lies with the children involved, because the instrumented, making it an object of the unacceptable late who acts without regard to the abuse that he occurs.
